April 2026: James is returning from paternity leave to work with Peer Productions to support their young actors and direct touring productions.

 

January 2026: James has joined as Associate Director on Gerry & Sewell, a show transferring to the Aldwych Theatre, West End for a short run after sell-out performances at Newcastle Theatre Royal.

 

December 2025: James' debut play The Flat Earthers, which was a 5-star sell-out at the Brighton Fringe, transferred to The Lion & Unicorn Theatre in London.
